Your watch or bike computer saves FIT files, Garmin Connect exports TCX, Google Earth uses KML and KMZ, and almost every app can export GPX. WP GPX Maps reads all of them, with heart rate, cadence and temperature when the file has them.
This map comes from a KML file of Trail 156, drawn in Google Earth:
Map of the route “GPX, FIT, TCX or KML: use the file you have”: 7,07 km, 413 m of climbing and 621 m of descent, elevation between 1.556 m and 1.788 m. It starts at 45.87349, 11.80156 and ends at 45.91678, 11.84222 (latitude, longitude).
Total climbing: 413 m

Track files go in the WordPress Media Library, organized by month and searchable, and you choose them in the GPX Map block with the Media Library button. Every file is checked when it is uploaded: files that are not tracks, or that contain scripts, are refused.
Made with WP GPX Maps, the free WordPress plugin for GPX maps and elevation charts.
