May I suggest a small fix ?
In WP-GPX-Maps.js, line 616, the icon url is using http protocol. On websites that use https, this cause browsers to display a security alert “This page contains some resources that are not secure”.
May I suggest to use the following syntax
currentIcon = "//maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal4/icon25.png";instead of
currentIcon = "http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal4/icon25.png";This way, resource will be loaded according to the protocol used for the website.
