The plugin requires URLs to “start” and “end” icons. I’ve done some Google searches, but haven’t found any icons I like. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I generally get icons from this website http://mapicons.nicolasmollet.com/ (you have to download the icons, you can also create your own icons)
or you can use the old website: http://code.google.com/p/google-maps-icons/ (you can use the images url directly)
