    Can anyone tell me how dtoffset works? First I understand it is in seconds. Does it also look at date? Or only the time? In which direction do the seconds gets added or subtracted.

    I am working with a gpx file where the date was never set in the device. So it has defaulted to a time of 2010-01-01 00:00:00Z. The track proceeds from there by seconds. The pictures were taken in 2019-08-07 (YYYY-DD-MM) about 10am time zone 8. What would I put in for the dtoffset?
