Does not load properly in jquery tab

Hello,

First of all, fantastic plugin!

My website uses another plugin to generate jquery tabs to display information. For some reason when using the shortcode the the javascript is being loaded into the page with <p> tags added on every line. The resulting html simply displays the code rather than rendering it as expected.

This does not occur on any normal posts or pages, only in the custom posts with tabs. While I can certainly see this being a problem with the other plugin I was hoping you might have some suggestions on how to fix it.
