Cadense Garmin Edge

Dear Max thanks for the update i have enabled the option cadense in admin panel but i cant see the cadense in my charts, The file that i am using is the same file you ask for in my last topic. I am using a Garmin Edge 705 and my GPX file has also cadense in it.
I saw that you write if available does it mean that de Garmin isn’t supported for now.

Unfortunately there are plenty of gpx customization.. if you enabled all the feature (speed\cadence\heart rate\etc..) and my plugin is still not showing the chart, you can send me your gpx and I’ll try to implement that gpx support..

If you open your gpx with a text editor you can see the xml tags, the supported tags so far are:

gpxtpx:TrackPointExtension -> gpxtpx:hr (heart rate)

gpxtpx:TrackPointExtension -> gpxtpx:cad (cadence)

where gpxtpx is gpxtpx:http://www.garmin.com/xmlschemas/TrackPointExtension/v1

I noticed the zero points are pretty ugly, I’ll skip them on the next release..

I have looking in my file the tag is <gpxtpx:cad>63</gpxtpx:cad> it looks like it must support, i will attach a gpx file for you

In the admin panel i have enabled cadense and put a color for it but wth the shortcode showcad=true does the trick for me 🙂 one question wich shortcodes did you use for your test site. Or are the settings default from the admin panel.

Oke i have enabled disabled and again enabled cadense in admin panel and now it works without the shortcode, don’t ask me why 😉

Hi.

I cannot get the cadence graph showing at my web- page.

You can view the graph showed ok at the page (without cadence) http://cycling.kapsi.fi/pirkka/

and you can download the gpx file from http://cycling.kapsi.fi/gpx/pirkka.gpx

but the cadence just wont show in the graph… thank you for all the help.

I have the same problem with cadance, but also with the temperature and heart rate after updating to 1.34

Or, at least, it’s ok in a different hosting 🙂
There might be some strange problem with php version or strange stuff like that!
I need a few time to check what’s wrong
